Bowdon beat Bury by the narrowest of margins, 4 – 3, at home in the NWF Midweek Handicap League on Friday 29 July. Our team managed their first win of the season after losing their first 3 matches. Despite losing the morning session 1-2, Bowdon produced an impressive fightback to win the afternoon singles by 3-1. All team members scored wins. Our successful team was:
