Latest update – 1st Nov: You can now see the members who have registered by clicking on the ‘event’
The booking system now allows members to book (register) for the winter competitions without the need to sign the form in the clubhouse.
From next week, 25th Oct, you can register on the booking system for any of the competitions (Solomon Grundy, 14pt comp, or 1-ball) by clicking on the first lawn which shows the competition on the date you want to play, then clicking the ‘register’ button.
In the example below the first lawn is lawn 2P and to register myself, Adrian Apps, the button is shown on the next screen shot below.
You will be able to see how many members have registered and the number of free spaces available without having to check the list in the clubhouse.
For those members who have difficulty with registration, you can contact any of the booking admin members – Adrian Apps, Mike Flannery, John Lucas, Alan Mayne, or Andrew Thompson – who can register you directly. Or if you wish to put your name on the list in the clubhouse Alan has kindly volunteered to check and register those not yet on the registration for that ‘event’
If you wish to see how the system works, you can try registering on the test set up on last Tuesday’s (19th Oct) Solomon Grundy or on last Monday 12.15 test booking.
